Tricks with the dictionary / thesaurus widget in Leopard

I don’t know if you use the dictionary/thesaurus widget much, but I found a couple of cool tricks with it that many have found helpful. If you aren’t sure about the spelling of a word, type in the first part you are sure of, then hit the Esc key – it will give you a list of completed words to choose from. The second trick is once you have a word’s definition up in the dictionary, you can click on the letter in the half circle on the left and it will give you a list of related uses of that word. Rain is a good test word for this.
